How We Make Your Order

Every Andromedous item is made to order through our print-on-demand partners (Printful). Nothing sits in a warehouse — your order is printed and fulfilled specifically for you. This means a little extra time before it ships, but it also means zero waste and a product made with intention.

Production / Processing Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced and dispatched. This is in addition to the delivery times below.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery windows are:

🇬🇧 United Kingdom — 3–7 business days

🇪🇺 Europe — 5–10 business days

🇺🇸🇨🇦 United States & Canada — 7–14 business days

These are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the UK, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
